I designed and built analytics reports that helped Shopify retailers understand buying habits and retain customers. The core work was finding correlations and using machine learning to predict buying habits and retention. The briefing covered customer value and product trends. Reports paired those insights with practical next steps, such as rewarding valuable customers.

A full Shopify sync on signup, followed by delta syncs every few hours or on request, supplied the data. Scheduled jobs prepared reports each morning so retailers could open them without waiting for expensive queries.

Built with Elixir and Phoenix. The interface started in LiveView and later moved to Next.js and Tailwind CSS. Kept is no longer actively developed.
